The Sourced Cycle is a methodology that combines lived experience, in-depth research and feminine embodiment to support you in coming back to your innate creative source. The four embodied stages work together to activate a distinct quality of life force and together they form a cyclical process of inner reawakening and outward expression.

• Wonder — The act of seeing the world as alive and with awe, curiosity and innocence.

• Intuition — The inner voice that guides and orients you toward your truth. 

• Pleasure — The pulse of aliveness that reconnects you to joy, comfort, and the sensual.

• Creativity — The expression that arises naturally when intuition, wonder, and pleasure converge. It is the outward flow of embodied wisdom made visible.

 

These stages are living states — cyclical and interdependent, much like the natural world. In a culture that prizes productivity and perfection, moving through the embodied stages of The Sourced Cycle offers a counter-practice — one rooted in flow, open exploration, self-worth and joyful play.

I guide you into awareness and we start to release the hold of conventional and harmful belief systems within your body. You will leave with embodied and artistic practices you can return to again and again, more liberation within your body and grounded in clarity of your connection to divine Source and your infinite creativity.
