Embodied Drawing Workshops are spaces for you to connect with your creative source, without judgement or expectation. I go over art materials, but this is not a class to learn art techniques, this is a space for you to express freely without limitation. I guide you into an embodied state to tap into your current sensations and then we express from there. It is a flow of moving between visual expression and body check-ins. Your work of art is not only the visual art you've created but the more liberated way you feel during and after these workshops!
