We've been conditioned to believe creativity lives in the mind by systems that value intellect over intuition, the concrete over the felt. But your most alive expression, your truest voice, your best ideas - these arise from your bodies wisdom. From listening, not thinking.
The Sourced Cycle is a methodology that brings together feminine embodiment, somatic practice, and simple artistic explorations to help you return to your creative source through 4 Embodied Stages:

Pleasure - is Desire
Creativity - is Expression
The four embodied stages work together to activate a distinct quality of life force and together they form a cyclical process of inner reawakening and outward expression
This is not to build something new from nothing, it's returning to something that was always there. It's offered in three levels, each one designed for a different moment in your creative journey.
