The Sourced Cycle helps you find your creative true north.
It invites the expression and wisdom already within you to come out and play. You will be reminded of the worth of your voice. We wonder at the mundane and follow pleasure. You are only limited by your own imagination.
Your creativity gets to matter here. You’ll create alongside other women who also believe this part of their lives is important and worthwhile. There will be space to share what you’re making, receive feedback, celebrate one another, and practice expressing yourself in a way that feels like your own.
For those of us who are creators, this is not an option. Creativity is our lifeforce, our identity and how we engage meaningfully with the world.
Four Living States
One Creative Cycle
The four Embodied Stages are not steps you complete once or follow in a fixed order. You may return to any of them depending on where you are in your creative process.
WONDER is an Opening. Learn to see the world again with beginner eyes, shift your perspective to be enchanted with the mundane.
INTUITION is Trust. Your body's wisdom is your first and most important intelligence. Build trust in what it is telling you.
PLEASURE is Power. Following what lights you up is the hidden key to genuine and joyful expression.
CREATIVITY is Expression. This is the state of overflow, when you can’t help but express what is flowing through you.
Together, they help you take in the world, pay attention to what draws you in, listen to your body, and let those responses shape what you create.

The world needs your
full expression.
I believe if everyone was to follow their true nature, like the flower naturally grows towards the sun, the world would be a harmonious place. This is a founding principle of In the Raw Art & Embodied Coaching, which started as a project to empower women through bold, unapologetic, feminine art. After years of making art for others, decision paralysis and a deep restlessness in my heart, I was exhausted with systems and structures that didn’t work for me. I was done with the illusion of external validation that keeps us small.
The work I do now is with women who are ready to grow towards the sun by listening to their bodies, knowing their worth, expressing fully and sharing that wisdom with pleasure - despite the limitations we are faced with. As a certified feminine embodiment coach, with decades of experience as a practicing artist and educator, I do this through 1:1 coaching, embodied creative workshops and my signature program The Sourced Cycle.
My conviction runs deep: the world is out of balance because women have been silenced, and what gets made, said, sung, and created when women truly follow their own nature is exactly what we need right now.
I am not here to diagnose you or tell you what your creativity should look like. I will guide you through the practices and act as a witness while you make your own discoveries, about what limits you, what delights you and what feels true for you. Participating in The Sourced Cycle was such a gift! It really connected me more to my creative self expression. I felt more confident using my voice in ways I hadn't in a long time, as speaking my mind was something tied into how I expressed myself, whether through writing, public speaking, sharing my voice online, or overall exchanging my ideas with other people.
